Hey, I'm Dylan

Co-Founder of lilAgents, I help businesses get more leads and customers through SEO, cold outreach, paid ads, and GTM engineering, plus custom development when the project calls for it. I’m based in Bangkok and work on US hours, so most of my day happens at night. I spent 11 years in B2B sales in Seattle before starting the agency, and I built it around the idea that a small focused team that actually cares about results can outwork most of the bigger ones. This blog is where I share what’s working for us, what I’m testing, what I’m doing for fun, and what I’m still figuring out as I go.
